After a Pride weekend littered with rain, Toronto is on track to get a blast of hot weather.

Monday and Tuesday are expected to reach a high of 24 C and remain sunny all day long, dropping down to 13 C today and 16 C in the evening, respectively.

Temperatures will drop slightly on Wednesday, hovering between 18 C and 20 C. You’ll also have to whip out that umbrella and raincoat — there’s a 70 per cent chance of showers throughout the day.

The rain will get out of town on Thursday and Friday as temperatures are expected to boost back up — reaching highs of 29 C and 30 C during the day and dropping down to a cool 19 C and 20 C in the evening, with a mix of sun and clouds.

Just in time for the long weekend, the city is expected to heat up to reach a high of 33 C by Saturday, and remain that way until Canada Day. It will be perfect for patio weather, or if you prefer — walking around in an air-conditioned mall.
